SYSTEM DESIGN

In the ESP Industry, pump testing is a necessity for any pump manufacturer.  Pump testing is completed in order to identify failures and issues with new and used pumps before they are installed in customers well.

 

Sahoma Controlware has extensive experience in the areas of pump test system design, fabrication, programming, and installation.  Sahoma Controlware has  design and installed pump test systems for several of the major ESP companies both domestic and internationally. 

 

The pump test system consist of the following:

• Fully automated testing process with the instant report generation
• Measurement of the mechanical losses in the ESP;
• Full pump testing that simulates real oil/gas well operation (high pressure, high temperature)
•  pump curve generation

In the ESP Industry, motor testing is a necessity for any esp motor  manufacturer.  Motor testing is completed in order to identify failures and issues with new and used motors before they are installed in customers well.

 

Sahoma Controlware has extensive experience in the areas of motor test system design, fabrication, programming, and installation.  Sahoma Controlware has  design and installed motor test systems for several of the major ESP companies both domestic and internationally. 

 

The motor test system consist of the following:

SEAL TEST

In the ESP Industry, seal/protector testing is a necessity or any  esp seal/protector  manufacturer.  Motor testing is completed in order to identify failures and issues with new and used seals/protectors before they are installed in customers well.
